"Wine is a channel between nature and man. The less noise around it, the more clearly we hear nature’s message in the wine."

Tímea, a descendant of a Tállya-born, multi-generational local grape and wine growing family, and Tamás, who also has roots in Zemplén created the winery in 2013 to preserve family heritage and land. The estate grew to 12 hectares over the years. 

The vineyards are planted with classic Tokaj varieties (Furmint, Hárslevelű, Sárgamuskotály) exclusively on renowned, historic vineyards (Sipos, Palota, Tökösmáj, Bohomáj Bártfai, Hetény, Dukát) in the foothills of the village, Tállya. Preserving nature has always been a priority to the family, they have always worked low intervention and organic, and from 2020 Timea has adapted the principles of biodynamic farming both in the vineyards and in the cellar. In 2022, they have officially obtained the international Demeter certification.

We love the complexity and honesty of the wines, they represent local tradition and truly show the true nature of Tokaj, as well as the winemaker herself.

Dry Furmint

Area: Sipos and Hetény - 60 and 5 years old vineyards

Vinification: Whole-bunch press, fermentation and aging in egg-shaped stoneware (amphora) for 9 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphur at any point.

ABV: 13 %

Truly a pure beauty - intense, but gentle and full of energy. Grown on volcanic rhyolite soil mixed with loess. Notes of stone fruits, followed by an elegant structure with warm spices, wild herbs, and infused black tea.
